CANCELLATION POLICY

Crafal believes that we provide our customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. Thus, once placed, an order cannot be canceled. However, it is not a perfect world hence read further.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at +91 9105458256 or email us at crafaldesign@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID within one week of receiving the product. 

We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. For feedback on our quality assurance process and delivery services, we might ask you to ship the product back to us. In such scenarios, we will provide you with a pickup or a reimbursement of the shipping fee.

Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Any product that is returned without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery;

Once the returned product is received by Crafal, you'll be informed when you shall receive an acknowledgment via email regarding details of replacement, duration, and shipping information.

Can I get a refund on my returned order?
We truly believe that a Crafal buyer will never be displeased with our service. Hence, we only provide replacements for validated returned orders. Orders once placed, cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange my returned product for another product of my choice?
If the product ordered by you was returned due to above stated reasons, you're entitled to ask for a replacement while you contact us. Please mention the same in your mail or call to us. We will try to provide the same subject to stock availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Crafal is committed to delivering your order with good-quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship from Monday to Friday, except Pfor ublic holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest period, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. 

How is the delivery charge calculated?

Our shipping fee is weight slab-based. The shipping fee slabs are Rs. 50/- (lightweight orders), 100/- (medium weight orders), and Rs. 150- (heavy orders).

Cash on delivery orders is available only for Dehradun clients by calling us at +91 9105458256. The delivery duration of these is between 1 week.

Our prices are all-inclusive.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of placing the order. After being sent, their tracking information is shared with the client on the registered email (do check your spam folder for this as well). Most orders are delivered within 5-10 working days barring Saturday and Sunday.
